Savio Pham

Dr. Savio Pham current serves as District Representative of U.S. Congressman Adam Smith and is a leadership development expert who authored “Lead Me Lead You,” a self-directed leadership formation model. He has been a frequent speaker at academic conferences to present the leadership model, and a training consultant to apply the model in leadership training for individuals and organizations nationally. Prior to engaging in leadership development, Dr. Pham was a successful technology executive who developed and delivered multi-million dollar cloud software projects to small and mid-sized companies. He is currently a faculty in the Business Technology department after spending one year last year with the Computer Science/Computer Information System department.

Dr. Pham earned his Doctor or Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and his Master of Business Administration from Ottawa University. His doctoral dissertation was entitled “Self-Directed Leadership Development in Religious Organizations.” He is a fourth degree knight of the Knight of Columbus and a trained examiner for organizational quality and effectiveness. In his spare time, he enjoys playing piano and composing music.
